In 2019, Oatly was owned by Industrifonden, the Foundation for Baltic and East European Studies, Verlinvest, China Resources, the company's founders, private individuals and our employees. Our headquarters are located in Malmö and we also have offices in Landskrona, Helsinki, Amsterdam, New York, London, Berlin, Shanghai and Hong Kong. Industrifonden har investerat 26 miljoner kr i skånska Oatlys nyss avslutade nyemission. Oatly AB, som tillverkar havremjölksprodukter under varumärket Oatly, tog in totalt 72 miljoner kr i nyemissionen. Detta ska finansiera bolagets marknadsexpansion och nya fabrik. Deltog i nyemissionen gjorde såväl tidigare ägare som Carnegie och grundarbröderna Öste samt nya ägare som Pågens Oatly ägs (december 2019) av det belgiska investmentbolaget Verlinvest, det kinesiska statsägda bolaget China Resources, Industrifonden, Östersjöstiftelsen, grundarna och ytterligare privata ägare, däribland anställda.
